FOOD TECH LUND 2019 - 3rd Food Science Sweden Conference - November 13-14, 2019

An outlook on how Food Tech can help to shape our future food system!

The conference November 13-14 in Lund compriced a broad spectrum of activities on the topic Food Tech, with highly inspiring speakers alongside interesting study visits and demonstrations, well prepared PhD student pitches and a generous amount of opportunities for networking.

SBFOODINNO was also present and some tools such as Canvas model on food innovation from project Food Innovation Toolbox were presented and discussed.

Moreover, some project stakeholders from Lithuania: National Food Cluster and company Melyne were invited for knowledge bridging and networking regarding future collaborations and events in crossborder activities.
