Welcome to a webinar about The Food Innovation Canvas.
The canvas model is developed in the project with the intention to be used by SMEs within the food area as a tool for developing innovation strategies. It consists of two pages. The first gathers information on the SME’s core business, its relations to customers, collaborations, and reflections on the business. The second page is for descriptions regarding innovation and is meant to be used as a documentation tool as well as a means for reflecting on future innovations. A set of questions is provided on each page to help SMEs complete the Canvas.
By filling in these pages, SMEs will produce a collage of reflections, to inform and guide their innovation processes.
The webinar session will be presented by Jeanette Purhagen and Ivanche Dimitrievski from the Department of Food Technology, Engineering and Nutrition, Faculty of Engineering, Lund University, Sweden. Along the way, participants can ask questions via chat.
