The Food Innovation Toolbox – Cross Border Workshop Theme: KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER & design Thinking
Venue: Creative Industries Center

How to tackle cross border and innovation driven topics using design thinking method. During the workshop we will use the following tools: stakeholder map, empathy map, persona, value proposition, 6-3-5 brain writing, paper prototyping to come up with the prototype of the Food Innovation Toolbox for SMEs.
